These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Spotless.

1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account, clicking a sign-up or continue button, placing an order, or otherwise accessing or using Spotless, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms govern electronic acceptance as well as signed commercial agreements. Your assent may be evidenced through account creation, click-through acceptance, order documents, or other permitted electronic records.
Where Spotless processes Customer Personal Data on Customer's behalf as a processor, the Data Processing Agreement is incorporated into and forms part of these terms. If there is a conflict, the Data Processing Agreement controls for the relevant processing terms.
2. Provider details
Spotless is provided by Aventine Consultancy Limited. In these terms, "we", "our", and "us" refer to Aventine Consultancy Limited.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Spotless. For example, you must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfere with service integrity, availability, or performance.
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
5. Third-party services
Spotless integrates with third-party platforms such as HubSpot. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual property
Spotless, including software, branding, and related content, is owned by Aventine Consultancy Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
Spotless is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aventine Consultancy Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of Spotless.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required to protect the service, other users, or legal compliance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
